Where is it located? You can get to WebSPIRS anytime you are on or off Grounds if you are a U.Va. student, faculty, or staff member. The following steps will show you how to access WebSPIRS from a public computer; it is recommended you bookmark the WebSPIRS screen if you live on Grounds and have your own computer.
