Then, examine the environment. You will find more questions than answers. How many learners are there? What are their technical skills? How many times will the training be used? What’s the budget? What’s your company’s or institution’s technical infrastructure like? What does upper management think about WBT, will they support it? Who on staff has experience with WBT? What will happen to the existing training program with the addition of WBT?

got it!A score of less than 135 would indicate WBT should not be considered; a score between 136-200 would indicate WBT may be worth considering; a score over 200 would indicate that WBT is probably your best training solution (Hall, 1997, p. 179).
