After you decide on the type of training, you might have additional decisions. If you are actually developing the training, you’ll need to focus on the project team. As our Project Management Team pointed out, multimedia teams usually include a project manager, instructional designer(s), graphic artist(s), and programmer(s). WBT is no different. You will find that Webmasters and Network Systems Managers are also important players in WBT, as are the Subject-Matter Expert(s), the learners, and the instructors.

TIP: In some cases, you might actually be the one who gets to pick the team! Be aware there are places you as a WBT project manager can look for skilled individuals if you need them. Hall (1997, p. 100) says to check out professional organizations like:
